Leeds Safeguarding Children’s Board (LSCB) is a statutory city-wide partnership responsible for protecting children and young people. Their legacy website was slow, hard to use and costly to update externally, leaving the Board unable to post time-sensitive communications or engage effectively with professionals, partners and the public. The brief called for a brighter, more navigable, content-rich site that improved stakeholder communications and supported three distinct audience groups.

NetConstruct delivered a Kentico-based, fully responsive site built within LSCB branding, with audience personalization, administrator-controlled news, rotating banners, site search with relevancy indicators, online questionnaires and analytics. The result is a modern, value-for-money CMS that lets staff publish instantly without third-party support, track visitor behaviour, deliver targeted content and measurably improve communication and engagement across the city.
