League of California Cities - Customer Case Study

The League of California Cities needed to modernize www.cacities.org to make a large volume of public information easy to find and maintain. Challenges included simplifying navigation, giving editors an intuitive authoring interface, tracking quarterly page freshness with reminders, accepting and exporting legal requests to Word, letting member cities take action on bills, supporting flexible e-commerce, distributing meeting packets, and adding analytics while improving staff productivity.

PMC implemented Kentico CMS to migrate the antiquated site and leverage built-in features plus custom API work where required. The project delivered a clean, easy-to-use site with configurable UI, faster workflows and page performance, custom tools developed quickly to meet the League’s requirements, improved meeting and policy-action processes, and strong client satisfaction with the project team’s execution.
