A Kentico Case Study
Law In Order is Australia’s leading provider of end-to-end document and digital solutions, serving legal, government and corporate clients from offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Their legacy website had grown unwieldy: content organisation and navigation were confusing, forms and many pages required technical help to update, and the site wasn’t optimised for mobile, SEO or lead generation—so the marketing team needed easier content management, multi-level editor access, responsive design, and better conversion-focused UX.
Create Studios rebuilt the site on Kentico CMS with a responsive Bootstrap-based front end, structured content types and editable forms to simplify content entry and governance. The 6–8 week project included UI/UX work to prioritise user journeys and a few lightweight customisations to match front-end requirements. Post-launch the site made content management faster, sessions rose ~10% within three weeks, average session duration increased ~28%, and goal conversion rate improved by over 62%, with notable growth in contact enquiries and overall conversions.
