Landrum Professional Employer Services, a subsidiary of Landrum Human Resource Companies and one of the largest PEOs in the U.S., faced scaling challenges as it grew past 10,000 employees and continuously acquired new clients. Multiple licensed HR and payroll systems created redundant features, manual data handling, security concerns, and costly inefficiencies, so Landrum engaged Bit-Wizards to build a single, secure integration point to streamline document exchange, workflows, and data integrity.

Bit-Wizards delivered MyLandrum, a custom intranet built on Kentico 8.2 and Microsoft MVC5 with responsive design and extended roles/permissions to match Landrum’s model. The portal centralizes document submission, ownership-based workflows, secure email download links, and top-down notifications. Launched March 28, 2016, MyLandrum serves 700+ clients, has processed 9,000 secure uploads (40,000+ files), and substantially reduced email traffic, improved request tracking, and increased operational efficiency and data integrity.
