KordaMentha is a premium boutique advisory and investment firm of about 400 people across the Asia-Pacific that provides consulting, forensic, real estate, turnaround, restructuring and investment services. Seeking to reposition its brand beyond a strong insolvency reputation and expand awareness of its broader services and regional footprint, the firm commissioned a website overhaul with requirements for a modern design, an easy-to-use CMS, strong social/multimedia integrations and content tailored to clients, graduates, journalists and creditors.
The rebuilt site uses a simplified information architecture and tiered navigation, a React framework for fast on‑page filtering, flexible drag‑and‑drop content widgets and a streamlined migration process that grouped files for rapid import. Hosted on Azure (Web Apps, Azure SQL with geo‑replication and BLOB storage) and built on Kentico, the solution delivered substantial time savings for content editors, much less reliance on developers and reduced internal IT administration overheads.
