Web Design Magic (WDM/Konsult), an ICT partner based in Burleigh, needed a central intranet to streamline collaboration and project information. Their systems held documents and assets in multiple places, and using SharePoint with separate customer logins caused confusion and low engagement; they also required a shared internal space for tasks and company information accessible via their website.

They implemented the Kentico CMS Intranet module with minimal template changes, converting Departments into Projects and integrating other systems via iFrames. The result was a fast, out-of-the-box intranet that provided single-login access for customers, simplified user experience compared with SharePoint, improved internal collaboration and document management, and avoided heavy hosting or hardware costs.
