Komerční Banka - Customer Case Study

Komerční banka, a leading Czech financial institution and member of the Société Générale Group with over 1.6 million customers, needed to replace a bespoke CMS to gain better control over content, enable advanced marketing, and standardize components across KB sites. The project aimed to improve user experience and automation while meeting strict security and availability requirements, coordinating more than 25 people, integrating with many legacy systems, and delivering content on an ambitious timeline.

ACTUM implemented a Kentico EMS solution with dual web servers, a daily static HTML failover, and a component-based architecture to allow early content publishing and reuse. In a 12‑month delivery they developed 100+ universal components, created 20,000+ documents in two languages, integrated with 15+ KB systems (loan calculators, CRM, notifications, online ordering, etc.), and enabled Email Marketing and other online-marketing tools—resulting in greater marketer efficiency, full platform control, improved UX, and a secure, high-availability site ready for multisite rollout.
