Kings Seeds, a premium seed supplier trading since 1888, needed a modern e-commerce presence that respected its long-standing customer care while serving an older demographic. The challenge was to deliver a simple, responsive shopping experience and tightly integrate web orders with back-office systems (Access Dimensions) so fulfilment, stock and accounting would run smoothly — a solution that couldn’t be met by a standard off-the-shelf store.

Red Transact implemented a Kentico CMS site with a clean responsive front end, real-time stock-driven product filters, sowing/propagation guidance on product pages, saved baskets and order history, and cross-sell features, all integrated with SagePay and Access Dimensions via the TranSync platform. The result is faster, near-real-time order processing, easier repeat purchases and better customer segmentation, reduced development cost through Kentico’s built-in modules, and a seamless experience that preserves Kings Seeds’ high level of customer care.
