KBC Bank Ireland, part of the KBC Group, is a challenger retail bank operating hub-style branches across Ireland and wanted a customer-first, responsive website to match its youthful brand. Its existing desktop-only site and legacy CMS were slow to update, hard to enhance, and out of step with the bank’s non‑conventional positioning, while a concurrent server migration required the new CMS to deploy across multiple environments.

Strata3 redesigned the site and implemented Kentico in an agile five-month delivery, creating a flexible, mobile/tablet/desktop-optimized experience with streamlined user flows, calculators, comparison tables and other self-service tools. The relaunch standardized product journeys, sped up product rollouts, earned Kentico Site of the Month (May 2015), and delivered measurable gains: returning visitors +9%, bounce rate -15%, and average session duration +51%.
