Juvenile Justice Vision 20/20 (JJV2020) is a Michigan statewide initiative of judges, court administrators, human services and law enforcement leaders formed to evaluate the juvenile justice system and produce a strategic action agenda. The group needed a secure, easy-to-use place to store meeting outputs, share contact information, publish events and webinars, and support members with varying technical skills — all on a tight, grant-funded budget and a fast timeline.

BizStream implemented a Kentico intranet, organizing the five Action Teams as departments with preset templates, calendars, forums, document libraries and tailored permissions. The solution enabled secure, role-based access, one-click Office editing and customizable member profiles, delivering faster collaboration, reliable document control, simplified event and contact management, a quick rollout and strong user satisfaction.
