JRA Research, a long-established market research agency, engaged Distinction after a management buy-out to refresh dated and inconsistent branding and replace a static, hard-to-manage website. The brief was to present JRA as professional, modern and friendly (not overly corporate), clarify a complex service offering aligned with the new strapline “Response, Reliability, Results,” showcase sector-specific expertise, enable multi-user content management, and drive more traffic.
Distinction rebuilt the site on Kentico CMS using ASPX templates, news and document management, and a WYSIWYG editor with pre-configured styles, delivering the project in six weeks to give JRA secure, easy content control. The relaunched site (autumn 2008) produced a 3,940% traffic increase during the launch promotion, continues to perform well, and has led to an ongoing client relationship focused on maintaining a consistent, specialist brand presence.
