Key challenges included combining rich product education with full e-commerce and shipping capabilities, and architecting a seamless integration with their existing Great Plains ERP.
BlueModus implemented a Kentico EMS e-commerce site fully integrated with Great Plains and Authorize.net, adding coupons, discounts, responsive design, and marketing automation (cart-abandonment and SMS workflows) and migrating email to Kentico for 75,000 users. The new platform consolidated marketing and commerce, enabled non-technical day-to-day management, and drove a 117% increase in online sales in the first year.
