J Cloth is a long‑standing Canadian household cleaning brand recently acquired by Bay Valley Foods, which needed a simple, low‑cost website fast after the previous owners decommissioned the old site. The project required a bilingual (English/French), responsive site that marketing staff could maintain without developer support, hosted in Bay Valley’s Microsoft Azure tenant and delivered on a very tight budget and timeline.

Heartland Business Systems built the site using Kentico (free license) with a Bind Tuning template, developing and iterating on a test server before migrating to Azure, and trained the marketing team to complete content entry. The site was ready for content entry within weeks and was launched to production within a month, meeting the client’s goals for speed, cost, bilingual support, responsiveness, and ease of maintenance.
