Ipswitch - Customer Case Study

Ipswitch, a provider of IT and network management software, partnered with SilverTech to consolidate multiple business lines and digital properties into a single, efficient marketing website. The main challenge was unifying three web properties while delivering personalized experiences and routing visitors to the appropriate Marketo instance based on activities, page views and form fills, all while centralizing content, analytics and Salesforce integration.

SilverTech built the site on Kentico’s open architecture, overriding form controls to create a bi-directional sync between the website, two Marketo instances, Salesforce and proprietary systems, and using Kentico features (Web Parts, Custom Tables, Modules, Draft, personalization and XLIFF imports) to manage high-volume, multilingual content. The integration has simplified processes, supported an inbound growth strategy, handled tens of thousands of form submissions (34,000+ leads from May–Dec 2016), grown contact management from ~900K in Marketo to over 6M in Kentico, and enabled nightly product syncs to Salesforce.
