Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund - Customer Case Study

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is a nonprofit that supports wounded and injured U.S. military personnel and their families. Facing the need to better educate visitors and drive donations around PTSD and traumatic brain injury, the Fund engaged Synergy to redesign the site with fluid navigation, clearer content architecture, segmented audience targeting, and a CMS that would allow staff to change not just content but aspects of the site’s design and capture visitor information.

Synergy applied a user-focused approach—defining primary and secondary audiences, mapping their needs, and building a taxonomy and content strategy to meet those needs—then implemented Kentico CMS. Kentico delivered WYSIWYG editing, styling rules, workflow and flexible page layouts so staff can maintain and extend the site easily; as a result the Fund has a mission-aligned, easy-to-use site that supports outreach, donations and ongoing content management.
