Interim HealthCare, a national network of more than 300 independently owned home care, hospice and staffing franchises, shifted from a provider/franchisor model to being exclusively a franchisor and needed to rethink its online marketing and technology. Their corporate site wasn’t optimized as a franchise marketing tool, franchisees were using inconsistent tools and branding, and their document/content management systems were outdated and poorly suited to franchisor–franchisee operations.
BlueKey built an integrated Kentico CMS solution including corporate, careers and franchise marketing sites, a multi-site network of 300+ franchise microsites, and a corporate intranet. They added a Franchise Website Manager, microsite deployment tools, SharePoint document integration, custom web parts and form controls, multi-tiered authentication for legacy systems, and staging/production workflows. The result is consistent branding and messaging, streamlined franchise site and content management, improved document/media handling and security, and a scalable platform that supports faster global and targeted updates.
