Institutional Care Pharmacy - Customer Case Study

Institutional Care Pharmacy (ICP), a healthcare-services pharmacy active since 1969, engaged us to modernize its website and better reflect its company vision. The existing site was difficult to update, left much content unclear, and the client was unsure which content-management options would meet their needs for organized, easy-to-maintain content and metadata.

We redesigned the site structure to highlight ICP’s core services and continuing-education resources, created secure client and employee areas, implemented Kentico CMS for intuitive content and metadata management, and trained seven staff to manage the site. The outcome is a cleaner, easier-to-update website with improved navigation and role-based security and a platform positioned for future ecommerce and integrations.
