Ingram Micro Training, part of Fortune 100 distributor Ingram Micro, offers over 15,000 hands-on technology courses worldwide but was hampered by Cornerstone OnDemand’s (CSOD) poor course navigation and limited public search visibility. The company needed to increase organic and paid traffic and make it easier for learners to find and register for classes while continuing to use CSOD as its LMS.

GoldenComm built a Kentico front-end integrated with CSOD via web services, adding faceted navigation, Smart Search, scheduled syncs for course and pricing data, an API-driven account/order workflow, a Cybersource payment module and real-time currency conversion. The result: faster registrations with fewer clicks, a fully indexed site that supports online marketing, minimal disruption to admins and students, and a complete architect/design/build delivered in four months.
