Klas, a grocery chain founded in 1996 with 10 branches in Košice, launched iKlas.sk to add an electronic layer to its brick-and-mortar stores and bring modern e‑commerce to the Slovak market. The project’s main challenge was extensive integration: connecting logistics, the commercial system, a brand bank, SMS gateway, telephone exchange, payment gateway and a hybrid mobile picker app while supporting location-specific pricing and multi-warehouse operations.

Sprinx built the site on Kentico (.NET) with Microsoft development and cloud hosting, integrating an automated brand bank, picker tablet app, SMS/telephone/payment gateways and Rinkai logistics. The solution delivers store‑specific prices, fast warehouse allocation, one‑click shopping lists and full order-status visibility. Results include a 68% revenue increase, guaranteed delivery within three hours, improved worker utilization and readiness to scale—winning the Microsoft Award for Digital Innovation in the Consumer Segment.
