A Kentico Case Study

IBN - Customer Case Study

IBN is a Dutch social-services organization that helps people with occupational disabilities enter the job market and employs or places nearly 3,600 people. Faced with the need to improve usability for content editors, IBN clients (employers) and seconded employees, IBN and implementation partner TrueLime set out to build two linked intranet portals that simplify administrative processes (notably hourly registration), speed up communication, and integrate with IBN’s Microsoft-based systems.

TrueLime implemented Kentico’s intranet CMS for both portals and linked them to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision, while developing a dedicated hourly-registration tool and a streamlined employee experience. As a result, employees can access paychecks, worked hours and annual reports online, pilot users confirmed the portals are much more user-friendly, and IBN’s content editors report easy publishing and editing—delivering a future-proof, Microsoft-aligned solution.
