HYPO NOE is a long-established Austrian regional banking group made up of several affiliated companies. The bank needed to unite multiple corporate websites under a single, customer-centric platform while preserving each company’s autonomy, meeting strict security requirements, and increasing visibility of its core services through better customer journey analysis, tracking and SEO.

Emakina led workshops and a full redesign on the Kentico CMS, delivering a responsive, scalable site with geo-localization, personalization, improved search, back-end optimization, and tools like budget planners and loan calculators. The relaunch created an omni-channel, security-compliant platform that enabled enhanced online/offline advisory, more direct customer dialogue, and straightforward scaling for future marketing and personalization features.
