Help to Buy NEYH, the North East, Yorkshire & Humberside division of the Help to Buy group, commissioned Pixelbuilders to deliver a modern, accessible, product‑centric website that clearly showcases developers’ homes. The main challenge was integrating multiple, differently formatted property feeds while enabling both CMS users and homebuilders to add and edit plots (via a developer portal) — all without duplicating code or compromising site performance.

Pixelbuilders balanced bold, accessible design (including a full‑screen image carousel with prominent search) with robust search and filtering, and built the site on Kentico so properties can be added via feed, portal or CMS. Automated daily imports, a Kentico global event handler and custom reporting keep listings accurate and code streamlined, delivering a distinctive, well‑optimised site with improved user experience, up‑to‑date property data and increased lead generation for builders.
