Green Park - Customer Case Study

Green Park, a 195‑acre commercial business community owned by Oxford Properties and home to companies like Cisco and HSBC, needed a modern, branded community website to replace a poorly performing extranet. The site had to serve around 6,000 occupiers with up‑to‑date news, travel info, offers and events, be fully responsive for Wi‑Fi users across devices, and support recurring events — while still working for a significant portion of users on Internet Explorer 8.

Crafted built my.greenpark.co.uk on the Kentico CMS, exporting and reorganising existing content into a clear sitemap and adding bespoke functionality: configurable “repeat frequency” fields and custom web parts to render single CMS documents as recurring events, plus progressive enhancement (conditional CSS, shims, polyfills, custom JS) to support IE8. The result was a well‑received, easy‑to‑manage site with a 48% increase in sessions, returning users up to 54% (from 35%), time on site up 87% and a 72% rise in time on the events page, while enabling the Green Park team to update content quickly.
