Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) wanted to modernize its website, improve functionality and performance, and simplify complex API integrations while continuing to use Kentico for its strong content management capabilities. Working with Kentico Gold Partner Ntara, the organization set out to future-proof miamiandbeaches.com and add more advanced digital marketing features, including personalization.

Kentico’s Xperience by Kentico hybrid headless digital experience platform was used to rebuild the site, with Ntara collaborating closely with the Kentico Customer Success team. The result was a 3,500-page website launched after an 18-month project, supporting four audience personas and seamless switching between leisure and meeting-planner experiences, while giving the marketing team stronger tools for content management, automation, and personalization.
