Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast - Customer Case Study

Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast (GSWISE) delivers girl-centered leadership programs but was held back by an outdated, hard-to-update website with poor search and navigation that made it difficult to serve diverse audiences — troop leaders and volunteers, parents, alumnae and donors, and partner organizations. GSWISE needed a site that better showcased its brand and GSUSA initiatives while making information easier to find and promoting multiple simultaneous programs and events.

Avastone conducted a visitor survey and content/navigation review, then rebuilt the site on the Kentico CMS with a responsive design, flexible promotional areas, volunteer editing with staff review, and a secure board forum. The new site was well received, content is updated frequently, homepage promotion boxes are actively used, and GSWISE and GSUSA campaigns are now easily integrated across the site.
