General Hospital of Kavala needed a single website to present a large, complex set of information for patients, staff and the public across many clinics, departments and specialties. The main challenge was designing an efficient, intuitive, multi-level navigation and content structure that could be driven dynamically from a CMS so users could quickly find relevant services and information.

Nortech implemented a Kentico-based, fully adaptive site with dynamic menus, blogs, questionnaires, advanced search and user management, completing development in four months plus two months of testing and training. The result was clearer organization and navigation, stronger patient and public engagement, and easier content authoring for hospital staff, with positive feedback from the hospital’s IT team.
