A Kentico Case Study
Gemiva-SVG Group, which supports people with disabilities and chronic illnesses, needed to replace an outdated CMS and intranet that made needed functionality hard to deliver. In May 2016 they engaged TrueLime to build a new platform with a public website and a closed intranet to improve connectivity and cooperation across locations, while meeting accessibility and single‑sign‑on requirements.
TrueLime implemented Kentico 9 EMS hosted on Microsoft Azure, using large visual content blocks and ReadSpeaker for accessibility and a custom Active Directory integration for seamless single sign‑on. Two months after launch an internal survey of 480 colleagues rated the platform 7/10; Gemiva is working with TrueLime on improvements and aims for an 8/10, relying on Kentico’s extensibility and Azure’s scalability.
