The solution integrated SagePay into Kentico to process on‑site payments (including 3D Secure) and pass order statuses back to the CMS, implemented a query‑string Smart Search filter with JavaScript to preserve back‑button navigation, and built a custom order report to feed the Opera fulfillment system. Mobile‑first cart and simplified forms improved usability, while dynamic email templates and product‑interest scoring enabled personalization.
