Foran Pet Care, part of Foran Healthcare and owned by Connolly’s of Red Mills, is an Irish market leader in specialised animal nutrition and healthcare. They needed a responsive, scalable website to act as a central product catalogue, knowledge base and future-proof B2B/ecommerce portal for stockists, with secure CVE login, advanced search, social/newsletter features and flexible integration to their SAP ERP and forthcoming Salesforce CRM — a project that also marked the first deployment of Kentico’s e-commerce catalogue and EMS personalisation by the team.

i3 Digital built a Kentico EMS-powered, fully responsive site with product listings, secure CVE area, custom templates and forms, content personalisation, A/B testing and an Integration Bus plan for bi-directional SAP/Salesforce sync. In the first eight weeks the site delivered 20 new stockists, a 55% increase in online inquiries, over 1,100 contacts via the “Got a Question” feature, and immediate marketing gains from Kentico’s EMS capabilities.
