Financial Reporting Council - Customer Case Study

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC), the UK regulator for corporate governance and reporting, needed to improve its internal communications by moving an existing intranet onto a Kentico platform. Their brief to MMT Digital was specific: replicate the current look and feel so users saw no change, but simplify and speed up content management because the old proprietary CMS was slow and difficult for administrators to use.

MMT Digital rebuilt the intranet using Kentico CMS 6, combining out-of-the-box features with custom modules to fully replicate the site and bring the other three FRC sites onto the same platform. The result: faster updates, a much simpler CMS Desk for editors, role-based content access, the ability to expand the intranet easily, and no ongoing dependence on the original supplier.
