facq is a 140‑year‑old family‑run Belgian company selling sanitary, heating and plumbing products through 46 Sanicenters and 15 showrooms. Emakina rebuilt facq.be on Kentico Xperience, using widgets, content types, a booking wizard, wishlist and unified contact management combined with persona‑driven journeys, marketing automation and ecommerce capabilities.
