The Essential Services Commission (ESC), Victoria’s economic regulator, commissioned an intranet to help staff share policies, event details, project updates and staff-directory information quickly and reliably. The main challenge was making a very large, varied volume of content easy to find and navigate, which required a strong information architecture and searchable staff data.
We built a Kentico-based intranet in six months using Events & Calendar, Staff Profile Directory & Search, Rostered/Out & About displays, Forms for HR/Finance/training/IT and an alert system for urgent notices. The result is a user-friendly, easily managed platform that keeps content up-to-date, speeds staff access to information and delivers a polished, custom-designed experience with smooth deployment.
