Equip Super is an Australian superannuation fund (est. 1931) that engaged Luminary to deliver a fresh, modern, responsive website that would be easy to administer and support future personalised content. The main challenges were housing a high volume of compliance-sensitive information, managing different member access levels, and ensuring content accuracy and consistency across the site.

Built on Kentico, the solution used Custom Tables to create a site-wide glossary with tooltip lookups and Lookup Tables to deliver member-specific hidden fields, plus a redesigned blog to support push campaigns. In the six months after launch the site saw major engagement gains — blog views up 200% (blog posts now ~40% of top pages), 31% more pages per session, 15% more users, 65% higher page views, a 30-second increase in average time on site and a 50% drop in bounce rate.
