A Kentico Case Study
Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) is an international nonprofit that has raised more than $150 million for St. Jude and runs global volunteer and scholarship programs. ESA needed to modernize its website to attract younger, web‑savvy audiences, support existing members with Web 2.0 collaboration tools, and convert scholarship seekers and prospective collegiate chapters — all while integrating external membership and payment systems and managing a large volume of content.
Burns Marketing implemented Kentico CMS, delivering a public site in weeks and a robust community portal with integrated membership management, payment processing, user groups, forums, events, document sharing, social media and custom content types. The result was faster, easier content maintenance, increased online participation and conversion opportunities for scholarships and membership, and client-reported gains in agility and member engagement.
