E.ON CZ, one of the largest energy suppliers in the Czech Republic, needed a more self-sufficient way to manage its website while keeping it aligned with the E.ON brand. The company also wanted a simpler content structure, faster access to the Energie24 self-service portal, and a better digital experience for customers; it chose Kentico as the DXP, working with implementation partner Bluesoft Bootiq Group.

Kentico delivered an intuitive, cloud-native platform with Page Builder, personalization, A/B testing, email automation, and integrations with SAP PI and Microsoft Dynamics 365, giving E.ON CZ full control over content and marketing. The new site improved UX and performance, helped automate personalized content and transactional emails, and delivered measurable results including a 22-point NPS increase in six months, nearly doubled Google performance metrics, and 121,000 leads in the first half of the year.
