EnvisionUS, a Wichita nonprofit serving people who are blind or visually impaired, engaged Ntara to revitalize its online brand and better support its mission of employment, rehabilitation, education and community outreach. Ntara recommended a Kentico CMS upgrade to enable a content-rich, timely site with strong accessibility, while also addressing goals to engage diverse audiences, improve search ranking, build community, and boost donations. Technical challenges included making background images, fixed-position header elements, and keyboard tabbing work reliably in High Contrast Mode and for screen‑keyboard users.

Ntara implemented Kentico and developed accessibility-first front-end fixes: switching decorative assets to inline SVGs, adding a script/CSS that detects High Contrast Mode and restores readability, and using tabindex and focus handlers to ensure predictable keyboard navigation and menu behavior. The redesigned site delivered a better, more inclusive experience and immediate SEO gains — organic search traffic rose 41.3% — alongside an innovative High Contrast Mode solution and Section 508–ready capabilities.
