Engagement & Experience Expo, an Ohio-based events forum run by Loyalty360, connects brands to share customer loyalty and engagement strategies. The organization needed redevelopment and ongoing maintenance for five websites, better reporting and real-time visitor tracking, integration with Woopra and MailChimp, and a migration off an older CMS—challenges that included data mapping, user migration, legacy libraries, restoring and transferring databases, and reducing site load times while keeping cross-site synchronization.
