A Kentico Case Study
EMOS, a major Central European supplier of electrical appliances selling through chains (Globus, Kaufland, OBI, Electro World, Euronics, Datart) and its own internet shop, needed a single, scalable platform to modernize its Czech B2C channel, add six more language versions, launch a B2B channel and presentation sites in seven languages, and enable local teams to run their own marketing campaigns and advanced marketing automation across multiple countries.
Sprinx implemented a Kentico EMS e‑commerce solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, delivering unified B2C and B2B shops, responsive multi‑language sites, key integrations (payment gateway, carriers, price-comparison feeds, analytics, mass mailing) and advanced marketing features (abandoned‑cart recovery, vouchers, personalization, segmentation). The rollout—Europe’s largest Kentico e‑commerce project to date—serves five countries in seven languages (separate B2C/B2B versions), boosted product sales by 82%, streamlined order processing and marketing automation, and won Kentico Site of the Year 2016.
