Emerge is a West Michigan nonprofit that provides a one‑stop portal of resources for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Facing a rebrand and the need for better usability and discovery, the site required a new dynamic design, Spanish translation, improved SEO, responsive layout, social integration, robust forms and document types, and complex features such as news/event roll‑ups, multiple calendar displays, a randomized partner grid, and Google Maps integration.

BizStream implemented a Kentico‑based solution with a parallax design, new navigation, and staff training; built events modules (list, calendar, category) that auto‑populate the homepage; created forms/document types to manage over half the site content; and added a randomized, filterable partner grid plus interactive Google Maps with radius and filter searches. The result is an easier‑to‑manage, faster, mobile‑friendly site with better content consistency, discoverability, and user access to local business resources.
