A Kentico Case Study
Education Minnesota, the state’s largest public-education advocacy organization with 70,000 members, faced a cluttered, hard-to-navigate website: poor information architecture and terminology, dense page layouts, mixed secure/public content, inconsistent mobile/browser support, and a slow, frustrating events calendar. Usability testing made these issues clear and prompted a full redesign.
High Monkey ran user research (usability tests, card sorts, focus groups), rebuilt the site’s information architecture, created consistent tabbed landing pages, separated secure content into a Members Only area, and implemented a mobile-responsive Kentico build plus a fast, filterable calendar. The result is a cleaner, modern site with intuitive navigation, easier content management, improved event discovery, and higher user satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
