The Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) is a UK trade body representing around 2,800 businesses involved in electrical and electrotechnical work. Their existing website and CMS were outdated and unable to support expanding content, a secure member-only area, advanced filtered search (including radius, area of work and turnover), mobile responsiveness and seamless integration with internal systems — prompting a requirement for a scalable, enterprise .NET solution.

Unified Solutions built a new Kentico v9 site, delivered on time and on budget, combining user-focused design, bespoke training and tight integrations with Salesforce CRM and DotMailer. Launched on 17 October 2016, the site added online joining, member search, gated content, improved navigation and social integration, won Kentico “Site of the Month,” and immediately streamlined enquiries and marketing processes while freeing staff time for higher-value work.
