DentaQuest, a national oral-health company made up of a dental benefits arm, a foundation and an institute, needed a single web presence to communicate its full scope and guide many different audiences to the information most relevant to them. The main challenge was consolidating multiple lines of business into one site that would engage distinct target users and quickly match them with appropriate content.
Boston Interactive built an intuitive information architecture with clear calls to action and used Kentico CMS to create 25 targeted microsites plus a Spanish version, enabling multilingual, multi-site management. Interactive tools—like Find a Dentist, the Oral Health IQ test and Check Your Risk quiz—improved user engagement, while the CMS gave DentaQuest a robust but easy-to-use platform that lets internal teams manage content efficiently and deliver a more personalized, user-friendly experience.
