DAS Legal Expenses Insurance engaged Positive Digital to rebuild its corporate web presence and content strategy, consolidate three business sites (Group, Insurance and Law) and better engage consumers plus broker and intermediary channels. The challenge included migrating from multiple legacy CMS instances, assessing ~400 previous domains and folding around 120 into a new three-site structure, developing shared templates and Kentico Xperience widgets, and mapping audiences, journeys and personas to support future product and marketing needs.
Positive Digital implemented Kentico Xperience as a single, GDPR-ready platform, built custom widgets and publishing workflows (with content review reminders), and executed redirects to preserve search equity while rolling out personalization and marketing automation. In three months they created 1,200 content pages and delivered strong results: 19% lower bounce rate, +27% users, +31% sessions, +48% page views, +114% organic search, +123% acquisitions, 301 qualified business contacts captured and 265 redirects applied.
