Cyrrus, a Czech finance and investment firm, partnered with digital agency ACTUM to redesign and re-platform its website to Kentico EMS to attract new clients and give existing customers a VIP portal with up‑to‑date data. The project faced complex technical challenges: converting raw financial data and calculations from the Kapitol internal system, ensuring cache synchronization for high traffic, reliable two‑way communication with Kapitol, and rendering grouped financial graphs from duplicated raw data.

ACTUM implemented a Kentico EMS solution with an external SQL caching layer, SOAP web services for 15 endpoints (including PDF attachments), modular Kentico web parts for the VIP area, and responsive D3.js graphs; user accounts, scheduled imports, and tag‑based personalization were also built in. The result was a 30% increase in time on site, improved lead scoring through personalized recommendations, and a more flexible, easy‑to‑manage site that streamlined content assembly and client access to integrated financial data.
