cybX - Customer Case Study

cybX, delivered by Serco from the Cabinet Office’s Emergency Planning College and commissioned through EPC, provides people‑focused cyber training and simulation to help organisations prepare for and respond to damaging online attacks. The new site needed to build awareness of cyber threats, showcase cybX’s unique training and simulation capabilities, and communicate complex technical material and hard‑hitting messaging in a way that appealed to both senior decision‑makers and technical staff.

NetConstruct built a fully responsive, widget‑based site on Kentico EMS v6 over six weeks, using strong imagery and a clear user journey to present content concisely and visually. Key features include a three‑dimensional interactive diagram of the exercising process, newsletter subscription, news & events, FAQs and team pages; the result is a highly usable site that communicates technical information effectively and is ready for a future phase to leverage EMS functionality.
