The Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) engaged Inorbital to modernize its four-year-old Kentico CMS website. CSMLS needed a bilingual, responsive redesign to handle a large volume of content and complex top-to-tertiary navigation, integrate with its iMIS membership CRM for single sign-on and transactions, support node sites for different activities, and add member tools (forums, blogs, job postings, payments) while improving usability, accessibility, SEO and content-management for nontechnical staff.

Inorbital rebuilt the site on Kentico 8 with a contemporary responsive design, custom mega-menu, large randomized banner, tailored UX/wireframes, a CRM web service integration and custom web parts, plus a content-migration workflow for the transition. The relaunched site delivered full mobile optimization and streamlined member workflows; performance improved significantly (50 concurrent users with 1–2.5s page loads), and the CMS now supports expanded functionality, easier content management and seamless CRM-driven membership features.
