Constructiv - Customer Case Study

Constructiv is the joint social and training organization for the Belgian construction industry, responsible for prevention, vocational training, pensions and social benefits. Its old website was outdated in navigation, technology and content and no longer served its primary audiences (employers, employees and industry partners). Constructiv engaged Starring Jane to redesign the site with clearer architecture, better SEO and a platform that would be easy for both visitors and administrators and that could support long‑term marketing automation.

Starring Jane rebuilt the site on Kentico, creating a three‑way target‑group navigation (stored in cookies for returning users), performing a keyword audit and rewriting content for SEO, and delivering a short development timeline with an easy‑to‑use CMS for in‑house updates. The relaunch halved the bounce rate and increased average session duration by 50%, with a significant rise in pages per view, improved visitor navigation and stronger foundations for personalization and future customer journeys.
