College of Intensive Care Medicine - Customer Case Study

The College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) is the specialist training and education body for intensive care medicine in Australia and New Zealand, running a minimum six-year training program and supporting over 900 Fellows. CICM engaged Revium to replace its ageing website to improve user experience and information architecture, deliver a responsive design across devices, enable non-technical staff to update content, and add features such as news, events, positions vacant, improved search, document management, publishing workflows and better search engine visibility.

Revium customised the Kentico CMS to deliver a modern, fully responsive site with six-level navigation, advanced content management, custom courses/events search, social sharing and high-traffic capability, and provided training so CICM staff can manage content independently. The result was an improved digital presence and usability for members and stakeholders, with strong positive feedback following launch.
