Cokaó is a start-up confectionary launching Cokaó#21, a gourmet chocolate spread and premium ingredient, that needed complete branding and marketing before an imminent product launch and holiday events. The company faced a tight timeline and had to craft distinct sales messaging for two audiences—consumers (B2C) and restaurateurs (B2B)—while building name recognition, packaging, and a go-to-market plan from scratch.

MethodFactory conducted an incubation-stage assessment and developed a strategic sales and marketing plan built on Kentico CMS, delivering a rich visual website with recipes and FAQs, a high-end logo and the tagline “Chocolate. Redefined.,” plus postcards, signage and sales messaging (elevator pitch, value proposition, differentiators). Early results include B2B lead capture from restaurateurs, growing B2C brand awareness through recipes and purchase info, and stronger trade-show engagement—soft metrics showing the brand is attracting interest as it launches.
