Cleveland Health Network - Customer Case Study

Cleveland Health Network is a physician–hospital membership organization representing 8 member organizations and 7,400 physicians across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Their 15+-year-old website no longer reflected the organization: content was outdated and poorly organized, the physician search directory was hard to find and use, the interactive map required designer updates, and the HTML site made routine content changes difficult for staff.

We implemented a Kentico CMS solution, reorganized and reused existing content for better usability, redesigned the single unified search directory, and rebuilt the interactive map so staff can update it directly. Training and partner support were provided; as a result CHN now maintains up-to-date information more easily, delivers a clearer user experience, and reduces reliance on technical resources.
